VegasNow VIP and loyalty: levels, points and Sin City

Every real-money bet at VegasNow earns loyalty points, and those points do two jobs: they lift your account up a ladder of seven Las Vegas-themed levels, and they can be swapped for bonus funds in our Loyalty Store. Sin City, the VIP Lounge, runs on a separate track, because players are picked for it rather than reaching it by a points total. Each part is set out below with the arithmetic shown.

VegasNow loyalty at a glance

The programme has three moving parts: points you earn by playing, levels those points carry you through, and a lounge for selected players. This summary shows where each part starts.

Keep one idea in mind as you read: points track how much you stake, not whether you win. A losing session and a winning one on the same A$1,000 of stakes earn identical points, so the programme rewards volume, and volume is money put at risk.

How VegasNow loyalty points are earned

Only real-money stakes count, and each game type earns at its own speed. Pokies are quickest. Roulette earns at a quarter of the pokies pace, while blackjack and baccarat earn at a tenth of it.

Game typeReal-money stake per pointPoints from A$2,000 stakedSpeed compared with pokies
PokiesA$25 (one redeemable plus one status point)80Fastest
RouletteA$100204 times slower
BlackjackA$250810 times slower
BaccaratA$250810 times slower

The two point types run side by side. Redeemable points behave like a wallet: they build up, you spend them on a Loyalty Store exchange, and the balance drops. Status points behave like a scoreboard: they build into a running total that is never spent in the store, and that total fixes which level you hold. That level then sets how many dollars each redeemable point fetches, which is why the two are linked even though they are counted separately.

The rates above cover the four game types the programme page lists. For anything else in the lobby, such as live game shows, check how play is counted inside your account before assuming it earns at one of these rates.

The seven VegasNow levels and their status thresholds

Our loyalty ladder has seven levels, each borrowing its name from a Las Vegas landmark. It opens at Golden Glimmer and tops out at Bella Vista, and the names published on our programme page include Golden Glimmer, Parisian Palace Las Vegas, Gondola Grand, Julius Palace and Bella Vista. The table gives every threshold the page publishes, converted into the real-money stakes it takes on each game type. Rows the page leaves out, such as whatever sits between the third Golden Glimmer tier and the first Gondola Grand tier, are visible inside your account, and we have not guessed at them.

LevelStatus points neededPokies stakes (A$25 a point)Roulette stakes (A$100 a point)Blackjack or baccarat stakes (A$250 a point)
Golden Glimmer IWhere every account beginsNilNilNil
Golden Glimmer II600 pointsA$15,000A$60,000A$150,000
Golden Glimmer III2,000 pointsA$50,000A$200,000A$500,000

Bella Vista5,000,000 pointsA$125,000,000A$500,000,000A$1,250,000,000

Read the stake columns before the names. Golden Glimmer II, and in time Golden Glimmer III, are within reach of a regular pokies player. From Gondola Grand I upward, the stakes run into the millions, a volume almost no recreational player will approach, and we would rather say that plainly than let a grand-sounding name suggest otherwise.

Parisian Palace Las Vegas appears in the Loyalty Store rows further down. It is one of the levels above the Golden Glimmer tiers, and its status threshold is shown on the full ladder in your account.

Worked examples: VegasNow points by game and session

Here are the published rates applied to four stake totals. Each total is a multiple of A$500, so the points come out as whole numbers on every game type.

Real-money stakesPokiesRouletteBlackjack or baccarat
A$1,50060 points15 points6 points
A$3,000120 points30 points12 points
A$6,000240 points60 points24 points
A$12,500500 points125 points50 points

In everyday terms: A$250 of spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas earns 10 points, A$300 bet across a few rounds of Lightning Roulette earns 3, and A$500 at a live blackjack table earns 2. A mixed evening of A$1,000 on pokies, A$600 on roulette and A$500 on blackjack adds up to 40 + 6 + 2 = 48 points.

The first exchange tells the same story from the other side. Those 200 points need A$5,000 of pokies stakes, A$20,000 on roulette or A$50,000 on blackjack or baccarat.

A year of VegasNow loyalty: four player profiles

Session totals only go so far. The more useful question is what a normal pattern of play adds up to over twelve months. The table follows four players, each staking the same amount every week for 52 weeks, and shows what their points buy at the Golden Glimmer rate and how long Golden Glimmer II takes.

ProfileWeekly stakesPoints a weekPoints after 52 weeksWhat that buys at Golden GlimmerWeeks to Golden Glimmer II
Casual pokies playerA$1004208One A$5 lot, 8 points left150
Regular pokies playerA$500201,040Five A$5 lots (A$25), 40 points left30
Roulette regularA$5005260One A$5 lot, 60 points left120
Live blackjack regularA$5002104Not yet enough for a lot300

The regular pokies player is the only one who reaches Golden Glimmer II inside a year, at week 30, having staked A$15,000 by then. The blackjack regular stakes the same A$500 a week yet needs 100 weeks to collect a first 200-point lot and 300 weeks, nearly six years, for Golden Glimmer II. None of these figures says anything about winning or losing: the stake totals are turnover, and what stays in the balance depends entirely on results.

Halve the regular pokies player's stakes to A$250 a week and every figure halves with them: 10 points a week, 520 across the year, and Golden Glimmer II arriving at week 60 instead of week 30.

The takeaway is simple. If you play mostly table games, treat loyalty points as an occasional extra rather than a reason to change how you play.

Points and bonus wagering: two different VegasNow scales

Players often mix up two separate rate tables. One decides how many loyalty points a game earns. The other decides how much a game counts towards clearing a bonus. They do not line up, and baccarat shows the gap most clearly.

Game typeLoyalty pointsShare counted towards bonus wagering
Pokies1 per A$25100%, some titles excepted
Roulette1 per A$10025%
Blackjack1 per A$25010%
Baccarat1 per A$2500%

Baccarat earns points at the blackjack rate yet does nothing for a bonus requirement. Live game shows count 10% towards wagering. Pokies lead on both scales, which is why most of our worked examples use them, but the exceptions clause in the general bonus terms means a particular pokie can count for less when a bonus is active. The welcome bonus page covers the wagering side in full.

The VegasNow Loyalty Store: exchange rows and value per point

The Loyalty Store is where redeemable points become bonus funds. The smallest exchange is 200 points for A$5 at Golden Glimmer, and the rate improves as your level rises. These are the rows our programme page publishes, with the value of a single point and the pokies stakes it takes to earn that many points.

LevelPointsBonusValue of one pointPokies stakes to earn the points
Golden Glimmer200A$52.5 centsA$5,000
Golden Glimmer, saved up2,000A$603 centsA$50,000
Parisian Palace Las Vegas750A$20about 2.67 centsA$18,750
Bella Vista100,000A$5,0005 centsA$2,500,000

A handy way to compare rows is bonus value per A$1,000 staked on pokies, which always earns 40 points. At the Golden Glimmer 200-point rate that is A$1 of bonus funds; saving up to 2,000 points lifts it to A$1.20; the Parisian Palace Las Vegas row works out at about A$1.07; and Bella Vista pays A$2. Put another way, the loyalty return runs from roughly 0.1% to 0.2% of pokies turnover, before the bonus's own wagering is counted.

Small lots or one big exchange?

At Golden Glimmer, ten lots of 200 points give 10 × A$5 = A$50, while saving the same 2,000 points gives A$60, a 20% improvement. The cost is time. The regular pokies player above earns 20 points a week, so a A$5 lot arrives every 10 weeks, but 2,000 points take 100 weeks, close to two years. Many players will prefer the small lots; the extra A$10 only matters if the patience comes naturally. Whichever route you take, each exchange then carries its own wagering, set out next.

40× wagering on VegasNow Loyalty Store bonuses

Points buy bonus funds, not withdrawable cash. The general bonus terms (the version of 26 February 2024) give every exchanged bonus 40× wagering plus the usual defaults: seven days to finish, an A$8 ceiling on each bet while it is active, the standard game contributions, and a single live bonus per account.

ExchangeBonusRequirement (40×)Stakes on rouletteStakes on blackjackMinimum A$8 bets on pokies
200 pointsA$5A$200A$800A$2,00025
750 pointsA$20A$800A$3,200A$8,000100
2,000 pointsA$60A$2,400A$9,600A$24,000300
100,000 pointsA$5,000A$200,000A$800,000A$2,000,00025,000

On baccarat none of these can be cleared, because baccarat contributes 0%. Two planning habits follow from the table. First, exchange when nothing else is running: a fresh exchange collides with an active welcome stage or weekly reload. Second, match the exchange to the week ahead. A$60 of bonus funds asks for A$2,400 of pokies stakes inside seven days, about A$343 a day; if that pace does not fit your week, the A$5 lots make more sense.

Sin City: the VegasNow VIP Lounge

Sin City stands apart from the levels. Levels work like a meter that rises with every eligible stake. Sin City is a lounge players are invited into, and what members receive is published as a list of benefits rather than tied to a points price.

Limits

Higher betting limits than a standard account, and larger, faster withdrawals on the published list, without a stated timeframe.

People

A dedicated VIP account manager, backed by a VIP team on call at any hour, every day of the year.

Rewards

Rewards for milestones and tournament wins, along with personalised gifts.

Events

VIP-only tournaments and promotions, and invitations to VIP events.

Withdrawal limits draw the most questions, so precision matters here. The standard AU withdrawal table runs from A$30 to A$4,000 for MiFinity and from A$300 to A$6,000 for bank wire. Under our general terms, we may set different withdrawal or daily limits for VIP accounts at our discretion; the terms make room for that without naming an amount. Identity checks, own-name payment methods and turning a deposit over three times before cashing out stay in place for lounge members exactly as for everyone else. Our withdrawals page sets out the standard ranges.

How players are chosen for Sin City

Our VIP Lounge page names two things we look at, dedication and regular activity, and invites players to get in touch about access. No points total sends out an invitation, and holding a particular level does not unlock the lounge by itself. Levels reward volume automatically; Sin City reflects a wider judgement about a player's relationship with us over time.

If you would like to be considered, ask. Message us from your account by live chat or email support@vegasnow.com, and the team can say whether a review is possible and what comes next. Regular activity means steady play over weeks and months rather than one large deposit. A verified account in good standing, funded through methods registered to the account holder, is the natural starting point. Every contact route is on our support page.

Membership does not rewrite the rulebook. Bonuses offered to lounge members follow the general terms like any other: 40× wagering, seven days, the A$8 maximum bet, and one live bonus per account, unless the individual offer states otherwise. A personal manager and higher limits change how the account feels, not how a promotion's numbers work.

Common mistakes with VegasNow loyalty points

These are the slip-ups we see most often, each with the simple fix.

  • Exchanging while another bonus is live. The account holds one bonus at once. Complete or decline the current one, then exchange.
  • Taking a big exchange in a quiet week. A$60 means A$2,400 of pokies stakes inside seven days. If you will not be playing much, take a A$5 lot or wait.
  • Clearing an exchanged bonus on baccarat. Baccarat earns points but counts 0% towards wagering, so the requirement never moves.
  • Depositing to reach the next level. Being close to Golden Glimmer II is not a reason to top up. Points should follow play you planned anyway.
  • Expecting VIP status to skip checks. Verification, own-name payment methods and the three-times deposit turnover apply at every level.
  • Trusting a "VIP code" from another site. We publish no VIP code. Points move through the Loyalty Store and lounge invitations come from our team.

Loyalty, limits and responsible play at VegasNow

Points measure what you put in, never what you take out. The figures on this page show how fast that adds up: Golden Glimmer II stands for A$15,000 of pokies stakes, and one A$5 exchange stands for A$5,000 of real-money play. Let points pile up quietly behind the play you already budgeted for; they should never be the reason a session runs longer or a stake gets bigger.

Nobody under 18 may hold a VegasNow account. Deposit limits and self-exclusion sit in your account settings and work the same at Golden Glimmer I as they do in Sin City. VegasNow VIP and loyalty: questions and answers

How do I earn VegasNow loyalty points?

By placing real-money bets. Every A$25 staked on pokies brings one redeemable and one status point; roulette pays a point per A$100, and blackjack and baccarat a point per A$250.

What separates redeemable points from status points?

Redeemable points are the currency you trade in the Loyalty Store, so the balance drops when you exchange. Status points are not spent there; they form a running total that decides your level, and the level decides what each redeemable point is worth.

What is the smallest Loyalty Store exchange?

200 points for A$5, at Golden Glimmer. Other published rows: 2,000 saved points for A$60 at Golden Glimmer, 750 points for A$20 at Parisian Palace Las Vegas, and 100,000 points for A$5,000 at Bella Vista.

Can I withdraw a bonus bought with points straight away?

No. It lands as bonus money carrying 40× wagering, a seven-day life and an A$8 maximum bet. A A$5 exchange needs A$200 of qualifying stakes on pokies before it can become withdrawable.

What are the VegasNow loyalty levels?

There are seven. You begin on Golden Glimmer I, and the published status marks are 600 for Golden Glimmer II, 2,000 for Golden Glimmer III, 500,000 for Gondola Grand I, 3,000,000 for Julius Palace III and 5,000,000 for Bella Vista.

How do I join the Sin City VIP Lounge?

We pick members by looking at dedication and how regularly they play, and you are welcome to ask our support team about access. There is no published points target, and no level opens the lounge automatically.

Do VIP members get higher withdrawal limits?

Possibly. The general terms let us set different withdrawal or daily limits for VIP accounts at our discretion, and Sin City's benefit list mentions larger, faster withdrawals, but no VIP amount is published. Verification applies to every account.
