The VegasNow app: our casino on your phone's Home Screen
When Australians look for a VegasNow app, what they find from us is our mobile casino website, which runs in Safari or Chrome and can sit on your Home Screen like any other app. We do not publish an app in the App Store or Google Play, and we never supply an APK. This page shows how to set the icon up, what works on a phone, how to recognise a fake download and what to do when something stalls.
VegasNow on mobile: what exists and what does not
Three quite different things get called the VegasNow app, and only one of them comes from us. This table sorts them out before anything else.
| Option | Status | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Our mobile casino website | The official way to play on a phone or tablet | Open it through our VegasNow link and sign in with the account you already have |
| Home Screen icon (web app or shortcut) | Available through Safari on iPhone and iPad, and Chrome on Android | Save the site after checking the address bar; the icon opens the same website |
| App Store listing | Nothing official from VegasNow verified | Ignore any listing that vegasnow.com does not link to itself |
| Google Play listing or APK file | Nothing official verified, in the store or as a file | Leave it alone; casino APKs from download sites are not ours |
Is there a VegasNow app to download?
Not in the sense most people mean. Our account FAQ points phone users to the browser, and the lobby on your phone is the same responsive website that runs on a desktop, rearranged for a smaller screen. There is no separately published program to download, update or uninstall.
That changes how you should judge anything labelled as a VegasNow app. A store listing, an APK or a download page counts as official only if it is linked from vegasnow.com itself. A familiar logo, our name in the title or a polished casino icon proves nothing about who built a file, because copying branding costs a fraudster nothing. If an installer from an unfamiliar site asks for your VegasNow email and password, close it without typing anything.
What you can have is the next best thing: an icon that opens our site in one tap, full-screen and without the browser bar.
Adding VegasNow to an iPhone or iPad Home Screen
On Apple devices the app is a Safari web app. Apple's own iOS instructions let you save any website to the Home Screen and, if you like, launch it with no browser bar. Applied to our site:
1. Open the site in Safari
Follow our VegasNow link in Safari, then check that the address bar shows vegasnow.com before you sign in or save anything.
2. Tap Share
Use the Share button. On some Safari layouts it sits inside the Page Menu, so open that first.
3. Pick Add to Home Screen
For full-screen launches without an address bar, keep the Open as Web App toggle on.
4. Tap Add
The icon now sits among your other apps and loads the same mobile casino, with your account exactly as you left it.
On an iPad
The iPad route can include one more tap: Share, then More if the option is not shown straight away, then Add to Home Screen. Which controls appear depends on your iPadOS version. The result is a website shortcut on that one device, not a native iPad app, and it does not make account services work offline.
Saving the icon creates nothing new on our side. Your balance, bonuses and settings live in your VegasNow account rather than on the device, so deleting the icon later leaves the account untouched.
Adding VegasNow to an Android Home Screen
On Android, Chrome does the job. Google separates a plain shortcut from an installable web app, but in both cases the icon opens our mobile website and nothing is downloaded to the phone.
1. Open the site in Chrome
Go through our VegasNow link and confirm the address before signing in.
2. Open the menu
Tap the three dots beside the address bar.
3. Find the Home screen option
The wording varies by Chrome version: look for Install, Create shortcut or Add to Home screen.
4. Name it and confirm
Call it VegasNow, or anything you will recognise. The icon lands next to your other apps.
How to spot a fake VegasNow app
Casino brands attract copycats, and a fake app is a cheap way to collect passwords and payment details. Any of these signs should stop you:
It is a file
Anything ending in .apk, or any page telling you to download an installer, is not from VegasNow. We have no downloadable app.
It wants a setting changed
Requests to allow unknown sources, install a profile or grant accessibility access are red flags on their own.
The address is wrong
A login screen that is not on vegasnow.com, or a page you reached from an unsolicited message, should never see your details.
It promises what we do not
App-only bonuses, secret codes or a reward for installing. We run no app-only offer and do not advertise a no-deposit bonus.
If you have already typed in your details
- Delete the icon, or uninstall the file if one was installed.
- Change your VegasNow password from our genuine sign-in screen, and anywhere else you used the same one.
- Message our team via the in-site live chat or email support@vegasnow.com so the account can be checked.
- If you entered card details, call your card provider as well.
Signing in to VegasNow on your phone
Mobile login is the desktop login: our sign-in screen, your registered email and your password. There is no separate mobile account, and you should never open a second one just because you changed devices. Our account terms limit each person to a single account unless we say otherwise, and duplicates regularly lead to bonuses or withdrawals being held.
If you forget the password, use the Forgot Password link inside Log In. The reset link is emailed to your registered address, so keep that inbox accessible and look in spam or filtered folders too. The icon may run its own login session, apart from the browser's, so being asked to sign in once inside it is normal. For any login error, write down the exact message and work through our login help page.
VegasNow pokies and live casino on a small screen
The phone lobby carries the same catalogue as desktop, grouped into pokies, live casino and table games. Studios in our public catalogue include Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Belatra, BGaming and Evolution. When we checked on 3 November 2026, Crazy Time and Elvis Frog in Vegas sat alongside Book of Ra Magic and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. What you see can still vary by region and account.
| Game type | What it needs | Practical tip |
|---|---|---|
| Pokies | Runs comfortably on most current phones | If a game stutters, close other apps and reload it |
| Live tables | A steady connection for the video stream | Bet early in the window; note the round reference if a stream cuts out |
| Game shows such as Crazy Time | A steady connection for the video stream | A dropped stream is a connection issue, not an account issue |
When a live round cuts out, write down the time and the round reference before contacting us. Our live casino guide explains individual tables and shows.
The VegasNow cashier on your phone
The cashier inside the mobile site is our normal cashier, so methods and limits match desktop. Our AU payment tables, checked on 3 November 2026, list these ranges:
| Direction | Method | Published range |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit | Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) | A$30 to A$10,000 |
| Deposit | MiFinity | A$30 to A$4,000 |
| Deposit | Cashtocode | A$25 to A$400 |
| Withdrawal | MiFinity | A$30 to A$4,000 |
| Withdrawal | Inpay, PayAnyBank, bank wire | A$300 to A$6,000 |
| Both | Crypto, including BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, DOGE and XRP | Set per coin; USDT, for example, starts at 5 for deposits and 20 for withdrawals |
Do not look for PayID, POLi or Neosurf: none of the three appears in the AU deposit list. Every method you use has to be registered in your name, and we can ask for identity checks (KYC) before paying out. Big cash-outs can arrive in instalments, and separate caps per day, week and month apply on top of each method's range.
Worked example: a small balance on mobile
You deposit A$50 by card on your phone. Before related funds can be withdrawn, our account terms ask you to wager that deposit three times over, so A$150 of stakes. Say you finish with A$180. Card is not in the withdrawal table, and A$180 is below the A$300 bank-wire floor, so MiFinity (from A$30) or crypto is the realistic exit. Our FAQ notes that money goes back via the deposit method where applicable, so check with support how a card-funded balance is paid out, ideally before you deposit. See our payments and withdrawals pages for the full tables.
VegasNow bonuses on mobile: no app-only offer
We do not run a separate bonus for phone players. The welcome package is the same however you reach us: four deposits worth up to A$8,000 in matched funds, with 500 free spins spread across them.
| Deposit | Code to enter | Spins | Match and ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | No code | 200 | 150%, ceiling A$1,500 |
| Second | VEGAS2 | 50 | 100%, ceiling A$2,000 |
| Third | VEGAS3 | 50 | 50%, ceiling A$2,000 |
| Fourth | VEGAS4 | 200 | 25%, ceiling A$2,500 |
Each stage needs at least A$20, although the method floor comes first: A$30 by card or MiFinity, A$25 by Cashtocode. Bonus funds and spin winnings carry 40x wagering, each offer runs for seven days, bets are capped at A$8 while you are wagering, and only one bonus can be live on the account. The deposit must be wagered once before that stage's spins arrive, winnings from welcome spins stop at A$300, and each offer's cash-out is capped at A$5,000.
Worked example: the smallest card deposit
A A$30 card deposit at stage one attracts a A$45 bonus. At 40x that is A$1,800 of qualifying play inside seven days, about A$257 a day, and A$30 of play releases the 200 spins. Codes are easy to mistype on a phone keyboard, so check each one before you confirm a later deposit. The welcome bonus page has the full conditions.
Home Screen web app or browser tab?
| What you compare | Icon in web-app mode | Ordinary browser tab |
|---|---|---|
| Lobby and cashier | Identical to the website | Identical to the website |
| How it opens | One tap on the icon | Open the browser, then the site |
| Address bar | Hidden | Shown, so checking the domain takes a glance |
| Device storage | Very little; no casino program installed | Very little |
| Updates | Always loads the live site | Always loads the live site |
| Sign-in session | May be kept separately | Shared with the browser |
Because nothing is installed, there is never an app version to update. If something looks off inside the web app, open the same address in a normal tab, where the address bar confirms you are on our site. Neither option is safer than the other; the icon is simply quicker to reach.
Is VegasNow on mobile safe and legal in Australia?
Our operator, Just Entertainment B.V., holds licence OGL/2024/164/0246 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, licensed since 13 August 2024. The public certificate page lists the domains approved under it, and a Home Screen icon simply opens the same licensed site. Our licensing page sets out the full record. It is an offshore licence from Curaçao, so no Australian regulator issued it, and only adults (18+) can hold an account.
Good habits on a phone:
- Sign in only on vegasnow.com, reached through a link you trust.
- Never share one-time codes or your password, including with anyone claiming to be from support.
- Keep the phone's operating system and browser up to date.
- Use a screen lock, because a Home Screen icon may stay signed in.
- Set a deposit limit in your account; self-exclusion sits in the same place.
A phone makes the casino very easy to open, which is exactly why limits matter. Gambling Help Online runs a free, confidential support line on 1800 858 858, and BetStop, the national register, lets you self-exclude from Australian-licensed wagering providers. Our responsible gambling page explains every tool.
VegasNow not loading on your phone? Quick fixes
| Symptom | First check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Page will not open | Paste the address into a regular browser tab | Toggle from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or back |
| Login rejected | Read the exact error message | Use Forgot Password; never open a second account |
| Game stuck loading | Note the title and provider | Try another title to separate a game fault from a connection fault |
| Payment shows pending | Check the transaction status in your account | Do not repeat the deposit until the first one is resolved |
| Icon opens the wrong site | Look at the address in a normal tab | Delete the icon and save it again from a verified link |
| Live stream drops | Check your signal | Keep the round reference and time for support |
Find the point where the task stopped
A page that never loads, a login that rejects your details and a single game that hangs are three separate problems with three separate fixes. Note the screen you reached and the exact wording on it. If you had already submitted a payment or another account action, find out its status before pressing anything again, because the screen alone cannot tell you whether the first attempt went through.
Hold off on drastic fixes while that is unresolved: clearing site data, swapping phones or resubmitting a form can make it harder to explain what happened.
Reporting a mobile problem to VegasNow support
Our support team is on live chat inside the site and at support@vegasnow.com. A report carrying the right detail is far easier to act on than one that simply says the app is broken.
| Detail | What to include |
|---|---|
| Device and software | Phone model, iOS or Android version, Safari or Chrome version |
| Where it happened | Login, cashier, document upload, or the exact game title |
| What you saw | A blank area, the error wording, a redirect loop or a button that does nothing |
| When | The time with your time zone, plus any payment, round or case reference |
| How you opened it | Home Screen icon or browser tab, portrait or landscape |
Crop screenshots so passwords, codes and unrelated personal details are hidden, and never send the password itself. Keep one thread per issue and quote the case reference each time. Our support page lists every channel.
VegasNow app: questions and answers
Is there a VegasNow app in the App Store or Google Play?
No. We do not publish a native app in either store. The VegasNow app is our mobile website saved to your Home Screen, and a listing that borrows our name or logo is not ours unless vegasnow.com links to it.
How do I put VegasNow on my Home Screen?
Safari on iPhone or iPad: Share, then Add to Home Screen. Chrome on Android: the three-dot menu, then Install, Create shortcut or Add to Home screen, whichever your version shows.
Does the Home Screen icon cost anything?
No. Saving the website is free and installs no casino program. Deposits, any provider fees and bonus rules match what you get on a computer.
Do I need a new account to play on my phone?
No. Sign in with the account you already have. A second account breaches our one-per-person rule and can hold up bonuses and withdrawals.
Is there a special bonus for mobile players?
No. We run no app-only bonus. The four-stage welcome package, including the VEGAS2 to VEGAS4 codes for the later deposits, works the same on a phone as on a computer.
Someone sent me a VegasNow APK. Should I install it?
No. An APK never comes from us, and casino-branded files from download sites put your device and details at risk. Delete it and use the mobile site.
Does the cashier work on a phone?
Yes. The mobile cashier is our standard cashier, with the same methods and limits. PayID, POLi and Neosurf are not part of the AU deposit list.
Will the VegasNow web app work without internet?
No, do not count on it. The icon opens a live website, so account services and streamed games need a connection.
Why do I have to log in again inside the icon?
The web app can keep a session of its own, apart from your browser tab. Signing in once inside it is normal and does not create a new account.
My screen froze after I tapped deposit. Should I try again?
Not straight away. Check the transaction status in your account first and keep any error message. A frozen screen does not show whether the first attempt was received.
Does VegasNow work on an iPad?
Yes, through Safari. Use Share, then More if needed, then Add to Home Screen. That saves a website shortcut on the iPad; it is not a separate tablet app.
